SharpLaunch is seeking an Implementation Manager to own onboarding and launch for new customers on the SharpLaunch platform. You will serve as the primary contact during implementation, coordinating with Product, Development, and Customer Success to move customers from contract to launch smoothly.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring a high-quality first experience for clients.

Formación

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of customer outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with software platforms and coordinating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end implementation and onboarding for new SharpLaunch customers.
• Manage multiple customer implementations with varying timelines and priorities.
• Establish implementation plans, milestones, and launch dates.
• Lead kickoff and implementation meetings; drive projects forward between meetings.
• Set clear expectations on timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Coordinate data migration, configuration, content setup, integrations, and training.
• Work with Product, Development, Customer Success, Sales, and others to resolve issues.
• Provide customers with training and guidance to start using SharpLaunch.
