Job summary

Nômade Temple Madrid is offering a hospitality internship in Ibiza. You will join the Restaurant Service team to assist with daily prep, mise en place, table setup and service, and guest interactions.

This hands-on role provides exposure to food and beverage service, working with Kitchen and Bar teams to deliver smooth service. The position supports growth in hospitality, with a 6-month availability, a €500 gross monthly stipend, meals, and free accommodation in Ibiza.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Food & Beverage and Restaurant Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Restaurant Service team with daily preparation and service tasks.
• Assist with the restaurant mise en place before, during and after service.
• Support the preparation, setup and clearing of tables.
• Assist waiters and waitresses with the service of food and beverages to guests.
• Support the delivery of dishes, drinks, cutlery and other items required during service.
• Assist in providing guests with a professional, friendly and welcoming service.
• Support the handling of guest requests and needs, communicating them to the responsible waiter/waitress when required.
• Keep tables, service stations and work areas clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with the replenishment of tableware, glassware, cutlery and other restaurant supplies.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure an efficient and well-coordinated service.
• Support the correct clearing and handling of plates, tableware and waste during and after service.
• Comply with the hotel’s quality, presentation, hygiene and service standards.
• Assist in complying with hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Support the preparation and organization of events and special services when required.
• Assist with the proper use and control of departmental materials and equipment.
• Participate in other departmental projects and tasks according to operational needs.

Profile & Skills

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Food & Beverage and Restaurant Service within the hospitality and gastronomy industry.
• Strong customer-service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
• Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability: 6 months
