Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is offering a Kitchen Trainee program in Ibiza. You will assist the culinary team, prepare mise en place, and support kitchen sections to gain hands-on understanding of operations and techniques. The program runs 3 to 6 months starting May 2027.

About The Role

The Kitchen Trainee will assist the culinary team in the daily operations of the department, preparing the mise en place and supporting the different kitchen sections to gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques. You will be accountable for the preparation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, temperature and presentation. You will also support the team in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety, as well as ensuring the proper organization and storage of ingredients and kitchen equipment.

What You Need To Have

• Enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality & Hotel Management, or a related program (Diploma, Vocational Training, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
