Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Madrid is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Site Leader to join our Reverse Logistics network, leading a team of managers and associates and driving operational excellence in the recommerce space.

You will own end-to-end performance, set SOPs, improve recovery and sellability, and collaborate across Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet ambitious business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment.
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, fostering ownership and operational excellence.
• Drive root cause investigation for quality defects, process failures, and sellability losses with corrective actions.
• Create, implement, and continuously improve processes to maximize item recovery and sellability rates.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and capacity planning.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and inventory recovery KPIs with a data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet objectives.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact, including new workflows in recommerce.
• Own end-to-end site performance from inbound to final disposition, and develop SOPs.
