Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site’s safety, quality and productivity initiatives.

You will guide a team, drive continuous improvement and manage cross-functional projects across your area of responsibility. You will work on shift patterns at one of our sites, mentoring new managers and collaborating with senior colleagues to standardise practices and deliver outstanding customer service at speed.

Formación

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
