Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Senior Process Innovation Engineer to elevate the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation team. You will drive large-scale improvements, govern data delivery and cross-functional programs with leadership support, and build strategic relationships across product, tech and ops.

The role demands strong communication, ability to influence without authority, and a hands-on approach in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment in Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, operations or related field.
• Experience in design/innovation, R&D, manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience managing capital projects and engineering design efforts.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project or CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of requests and engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Track metrics to validate vendor and team performance.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Report on performance in weekly and monthly forums with leadership.
• Set measurable targets aligned with organizational goals.
• Understand technical requirements of internal customers and become an expert.
