Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with an international scope to drive commercial performance across multiple markets from Madrid.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to shape pricing, forecasting, launches and market expansion, ensuring data-driven decisions across our Endodontics portfolio. The role requires strong analytical and financial modelling skills, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is an advantage.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to improve commercial performance.
• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and business performance across international markets.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs that enable better decision-making.
• Present clear recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
• Analyse pricing strategies, profitability and discount structures to maximise commercial performance.
• Support sales forecasting and annual planning processes.
• Evaluate price, volume and mix performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build robust financial business cases for new product launches, including ROI and NPV modelling.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain international market intelligence reports using internal and external data sources.
• Partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness, channel performance and commercial ROI.
• Provide strategic insights that support portfolio and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high-quality commercial reporting through effective CRM and ERP data governance.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.
