YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, ensure data accuracy, and drive reporting across SaaS environments.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), managing revenue tools (quoting, billing, ticketing), and building scalable processes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow skills.
