Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is expanding its growth analytics team in Madrid. You will drive organic growth, define new strategies, and own decisions across markets in an international setting, leading a cross-functional squad of 4+ members.

Formación

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in leading teams or key projects.
• Experience in demand generation through search engines; marketplaces familiarity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines and departments.
• Advanced English speaker; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance overall company performance with a focus on increasing market penetration through organic channels.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Take full ownership of decisions in your business line.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people.
• Collaborate with teams across markets in a large, international setting (up to 40 countries).
