Fever is seeking a growth analytics leader to drive performance across multiple markets from its Madrid hub. You will own strategic decisions for the growth team, define new growth strategies, and deliver high-impact, end-to-end projects in a highly international setting.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in analytics/business roles, strong leadership, and a background in engineering or maths/ statistics. English is essential; Mandarin strongly preferred.

Formación

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in building trust to effectively lead teams or key projects.
• You have an Engineering bachelor’s (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases.
• Native/bilingual level of English; professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred (spoken and written)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker.
• Prior experience with the Chinese consumer — e.g. marketing, growth, or partnerships exposure to China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)

Responsabilidades

• Enhance the overall company performance across different business units
• Own full responsibility for the decisions taken by the growth team in your business line
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high-impact
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
• Report directly to the global growth direction
