Job summary

Hyde Hotel Ibiza offers an internship in the Revenue team to learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will assist with rate/inventory updates, monitor occupancy metrics, and contribute to reports, dashboards, and market analyses while collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing and offers. The program includes a final project presented to Excom & Department Heads.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems Opera, SynXis is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
• Help with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and RevPAR and track hotel performance and trends.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for performance analysis and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
• Assist in forecast and budget processes and support reservations team in daily operations.
