Hyde Hotel Ibiza, part of the Ennismore group, offers an internship in its finance team on Ibiza. You will assist with daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and budgeting support.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, pursuing or recently completing a Finance or Accounting degree, with strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency. Accommodation provided and meals served daily at the in-house restaurant.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Finance/Accounting degree.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication abilities; able to handle confidential data.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as invoice processing and payments.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Help monitor the hotel budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure proper financial documentation.
• Analyze data to provide insights on costs and performance trends.
• Support audits with orderly financial documentation and compliance.
• Assist with supplier payments and contract processing.
• Take part in training to deepen understanding of hotel finance operations.
