Job summary

Hyde Hotel Ibiza is offering an internship in the Revenue team to learn pricing, distribution, and market analysis. You will assist with rate and inventory updates, monitor key metrics, and help prepare reports and dashboards.

The role involves collaboration with Sales & Marketing, forecast/budget processes, and support for the reservations team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality or Business.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in revenue management and pricing.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Opera or SynXis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn pricing decisions.
• Assist with rate and inventory updates across systems.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and RevPAR and analyze trends.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track hotel performance.
• Contribute to benchmarking and market analysis of competitors.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
• Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
• Monitoring pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR – yes, you’ll get familiar with all those acronyms.
• Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
• Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.
• Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
• Getting involved in forecast and budget processes – and understanding the “why” behind the numbers.
• Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.

What we are looking for

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
