Job summary

Hyde Hotels in Ibiza is offering a Revenue Internship on Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza properties. You will support the revenue team, learn pricing, distribution, and performance analysis, and help prepare reports and forecasts.

You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing and reservations teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment on the Cala Llonga beachfront.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Revenue team tasks and learn pricing/distribution decisions.
• Assist with rate and inventory updates across systems.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and RevPAR metrics.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track hotel performance.
• Contribute to benchmarking and market analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align pricing and offers.
• Participate in forecast and budget processes and support reservations.
