Hyde Hotel Ibiza offers an internship in the Revenue team to learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will assist with rate/inventory updates, monitor occupancy metrics, and contribute to reports, dashboards, and market analyses while collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing and offers. The program includes a final project presented to Excom & Department Heads.

Qualificações

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems Opera, SynXis is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
• Help with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and RevPAR and track hotel performance and trends.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for performance analysis and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
• Assist in forecast and budget processes and support reservations team in daily operations.

Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems. Monitoring pick- up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR – yes, you’ll get familiar with all those acronyms. Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends. Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to. Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning. Getting involved in forecast and budget processes – and understanding the “why” behind the numbers. Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.

Requisitos

What we’re looking for: EU Nationality is required. Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e. g. , Opera, SynXis) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
