• Recognized IATA or Airline Basic Traffic Course is an advantage.

• Knowledge of airline fares, special rates, promotions, and reservation processes.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work accurately while supporting commercial objectives.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Make and confirm reservations and process ticketing transactions for customers and travel agents.

• Assist customers and agents with flight availability, seats, upgrades, and alternatives.
• Respond to reservation inquiries with high standards of service.
• Maintain passenger inventory records and manage flight capacity.
• Promote Qatar Airways products, services, and offers to support revenue.
• Support corporate customers, travel agents, and trade partners via engagement activities.
• Assist with Al Maha services and Qatar Airways holiday bookings when required.
• Manage cash handling and sales reporting following procedures.
• Comply with safety, security, quality, environmental and data protection requirements.

About The Role

As a Reservations and Ticketing Agent, you will provide professional reservation and ticketing services to customers and travel trade partners. You will support revenue generation, deliver excellent customer service, process ticketing transactions accurately, and ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently through telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and confirm reservations and process ticketing transactions accurately for customers and travel agents.
• Plan travel itineraries, calculate fares, and provide routing options based on customer requirements.
• Assist customers and travel agents with flight availability, seat assignments, upgrades, downgrades, and alternative travel options.
• Respond to reservation and ticketing enquiries while delivering high standards of customer service.
• Maintain accurate passenger inventory records and support efficient management of available flight capacity.
• Promote Qatar Airways products, services, and special offers to support commercial objectives and revenue generation.
• Support corporate customers, travel agents, and trade partners through customer engagement activities.
• Assist with Al Maha services and Qatar Airways holiday package bookings where required.
• Manage cash handling and sales reporting activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Comply with operational, safety, security, quality, environmental, and data protection requirements.

• High School Qualification with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with no prior experience required.
