Nordic RentAway Spain is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Associate for the Alicante area. You will help manage vacation rental properties and ensure guests have the best experience possible.

Your role includes welcoming guests, coordinating check-ins/check-outs, and collaborating with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Join our friendly, international team and enjoy a varied role in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Responsible and flexible individual who enjoys customer service.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Interest in hospitality, property management, and tourism.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Preparing and inspecting vacation homes before and after stays.
• Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Responding to guest questions and handling operational tasks.
• Reporting maintenance needs to the team.
