Jet2.com Limited in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee aircraft turnaround, ensuring safety and on-time performance while coordinating with Ground Operations and other teams.

The role is a 20-hour per week, permanent intermittent contract with potential to increase hours. Requirements include fluent Spanish and English, the EU driving licence, and the ability to meet deadlines. Responsabilidades

• Supervise aircraft turnaround to ensure a safe, efficient process meeting on-time targets.
• Perform pre-flight check requirements and prepare loading documentation, operating all equipment safely.
• Deliver friendly service that meets customer needs and promotes brand values.
• Collaborate with Ground Operations, third-party providers, and Flight Deck/Cabin Crew teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously, whilst also being capable of working independently when required
• Fluent Spanish & intermediate/fluent English
• Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets

• Be Present - Perform pre-flight check requirements, prepare accurate loading documentation and operate all equipment in a safe manner, maintaining a clear and safe working environment
• Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values
• Work as One Team - Work in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, third party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams
