Orla Europe is seeking a Resident Manager in Alicante to lead the day-to-day operation of a residential living environment. You will guide the on-site team to deliver a high-quality resident experience, ensuring safety, compliance, and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will manage operations, staff recruitment and training, and act as the escalation point for resident issues while ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are met across the residence.

Formación

• Proven experience in residential/hospitality or accommodation-based operations.
• Experience managing residential buildings in Spain or similar regulatory contexts.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and building compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls in line with policies.
• Experience handling resident queries and escalations professionally.
• Experience supervising on-site teams or service partners.
• Excellent communication with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with good judgement.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of English to coordinate with central teams.
