Livensa Living in Madrid is seeking an Assistant Manager to welcome students, residents and guests, and to support the Management team in running the accommodation site.

The role involves managing budgets, producing KPI reports, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating with university staff and suppliers. Fluent Spanish and English are essential for daily operations and resident support.

Formación

• Experience in customer service within busy environments.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet targets.
• Experience producing KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Excellent communication with residents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, welcoming environment for students, residents and visitors.
• Support the Manager and cover in their absence.
• Liaise with General Manager handling tenant queries and maintenance issues.
• Ensure sites are safe and compliant with standards.
• Assist with marketing, lettings and site promotions.
• Conduct regular flat inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain supplier and contractor relationships.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota for emergencies.
