Minor Hotels Madrid is seeking a Reservations Agent (German speaker) to join the Central Reservation Office. You will handle reservation requests from inquiry to confirmation, provide information on hotels, products and services, and perform up-selling and cross-selling to help maximize revenue.

You report to the Supervisor and collaborate with a dynamic team; 16 or 24 hours per week, with Friday to Sunday shifts.

Formación

• German language is a must.
• Willingness to work by objectives with flexible schedules.
• Experience in hospitality or reservations is advantageous.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will report to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the reservation service in the different channels, direct or indirect, from the reservation request until its confirmation, provide information about the hotels, products and services offered. He will also be responsible for carrying out up-selling and cross-selling actions, actively contributing to the increase in revenue and decisively exceeding customer expectations, guaranteeing an excellent service.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

• Flexibility, Proactivity and liking to work by objectives;
• Schedule Flexibility;
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued);
• Experience in customer service (preferential factor);
• Knowledge of German is a must;
