Minor Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Sales Agent for Italian to join our Reservations team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage sales opportunities with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will provide excellent customer service, draft professional emails, and maintain quality information in the CRM system. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with full-time face-to-face availability in Madrid.

Formación

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar is a preferred factor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work toward sales targets.
• Experience in customer service and reservation management is valued.

• Follow up and update information in the system according to progress.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads and working with a database of interested customers.
• Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each sales opportunity.
• Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queries regarding products or services.
• Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication.
• Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH

• Flexibility, Proactivity and liking to work by Sales targets
• Excellent communication skills;
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued);
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Italian and English is a must;
• Availability to carry out full-time face-to-face functions
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, etc.
