MTS Globe Spain is hiring a Representative Agent for an incoming agency based in Gran Canaria. You will be the main point of contact for our customers during their holidays, ensuring they enjoy an unforgettable experience on the island.

You will assist with queries, provide solutions, and help them make the most of their stay. The role emphasizes building relationships with local hoteliers and service providers to deliver seamless island experiences.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Tourism.
• Essential to reside in Gran Canaria.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license (Category B).

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell our excursions and additional services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hoteliers and service providers.
• Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
• Support airport assistance and transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• Report any changes or inconsistencies to our main office.
