MTS Globe in Lanzarote Airport is seeking a Transfer Assistant to greet arriving guests and ensure a smooth welcome experience. You will coordinate transport from the airport to the hotel and provide any needed information.

You will also answer questions, relay changes to the main office, and maintain a helpful, professional presence during travel arrivals. Flexibility for night arrivals is expected.

Formación

• Advanced English is a must; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in a similar position is valued.
• Customer service oriented and friendly personality.
• Flexible working schedule (some flights land at night).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
• Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
• Report any changes / inconsistencies to our main office.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are seeking a professional to join our team at Lanzarote Airport, working closely with customers arriving through one of our TTOO.

As a transfer assistant you are the first person the client will meet, and you should make sure everything is ready for them upon arrival. You will welcome them and provide them with all the details needed. Any queries they might have we should be able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.
