Grifols is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Temporary to join our international health sector team in Sant Cugat. You will manage the order-to-delivery process, ensure OTIF, and coordinate with the EMEA warehouse on product availability and shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Spanish, English and Italian (min B2-C1), SAP experience, and 2–3 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in Spanish, English and Italian (min B2-C1).
• Mandatory experience with SAP ERP.
• 2–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience managing full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Experience coordinating logistics and shipments domestically and internationally.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end management of Customer Service operations and OTIF targets.
• Manage defined customer accounts, data, orders in SAP, and logistics with the EMEA warehouse.
• Handle billing, freight invoices, and deviation/DR/CAPA processes.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to optimize service performance and tender participation.
• Support Quality Audit and maintain customer communications.
