Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary position in Spain. You will manage end-to-end order-to-delivery processes, ensure OTIF targets, and coordinate with logistics for international shipments while supporting quality and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian (B2-C1), have SAP experience, and 2–3 years in customer service or supply chain roles. Remote working and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in Spanish, English and Italian (B2-C1).
• Mandatory experience with SAP as an ERP system.
• Minimum 2-3 years in Customer Service/Order Management/Supply Chain.
• Experience managing full Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience coordinating logistics and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service to internal and external customers.
• Manage defined customer accounts and data, monitor product availability and orders in SAP.
• Assist with trunk stocks replenishment and parts ordering; manage freight invoices and DR/CAPA.
• Coordinate with Sales and QA and support tender processes; ensure OTIF targets.

Role Mission

Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers through the end-to-end management of Customer Service operations, guaranteeing the effective execution of the order-to-delivery process, product availability, logistics coordination, and timely resolution of customer issues. Actively contribute to operational excellence by driving service performance, achieving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets, and continuously improving processes, while supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
• You will perform a day to day management of defined customer accounts for tasks such as; customer accounts set up and customer data management, monitoring product availability, product batch allocation, sales order process in SAP, orders preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and products integrity, product and services billing, preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and products integrity, product and services billing.
• You will provide support to technical group by managing trunk stocks replenishment and spare parts ordering and return management, check and approval of freight invoices, freight costs drivers and controls. Customer complaints (SAP Fiori), Deviation management (DR/CAPA).
• You will maintain communication with Customers/Sales Representatives in order to understand requirements and optimize service performance business expansion, actively ensure CSR participation to any tender process and coordinate with appropriate department and follow up.
• You will provide any support to Quality Audit.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in Spanish, English and Italian (minimum B2-C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
• Mandatory experience working with SAP as an ERP system.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain roles.
• Proven experience managing the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Experience coordinating logistics operations and monitoring domestic and international shipments.
• Knowledge of inventory management, delivery planning, and customer service processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
