Jobtailor in Benalmádena, Spain, is seeking a renewal sales specialist to act as the primary contact for customers during renewals, building trust and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.

You will convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities by assessing Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure renewals close on time while identifying upsell opportunities in cloud solutions such as Azure and Office 365.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch with advanced English.
• 2+ years sales experience with track record of success.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and cloud technology.
• Understand IT industry and can quickly learn new products.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored pitches.
• Driven by achievement and success.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Experience in technical sales or presales (optional).
• Bachelor or Master in CS/Math/Engineering (optional).

• Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft’s cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs

Requirements

• Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English
• Have 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success
• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology
• Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions
• Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling, tailored pitches
• Are driven by achievement and success
• Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred)
• Have experience in technical sales or presales (optional)
• Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master) (optional)
