Jobtailor in Benalmádena, Spain, is seeking a renewal sales specialist to act as the primary contact for customers during renewals, building trust and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.

You will convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities by assessing Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure renewals close on time while identifying upsell opportunities in cloud solutions such as Azure and Office 365.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch with advanced English.
• 2+ years sales experience with track record of success.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and cloud technology.
• Understand IT industry and can quickly learn new products.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored pitches.
• Driven by achievement and success.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Experience in technical sales or presales (optional).
• Bachelor or Master in CS/Math/Engineering (optional).

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for customers during renewals.
• Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline.
• Engage with SMBs to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.
