AddYou in Barcelona, a technology company accelerating the transition to a cleaner and more reliable energy system, seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong commercial mindset and an interest in technology, SaaS and renewables.

You will identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and handover to the Sales Account Executive, collaborating with the Managing Director and product/marketing teams to drive early-stage pipeline.

Formación

• 1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads and assess fit.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales AE and teams for next steps.
