Enverus, a leading energy SaaS company, is seeking an International Director of Sales to join our Madrid team. You will direct global sales efforts, manage relationships with senior leaders, and drive revenue across international markets.

You will lead 10+ sales representatives, align with Marketing, and shape strategic plans for 1–3 year growth in renewables and traditional energy segments. Fluent English required; Spanish and French are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a three or four-year college/university.
• 3-5 years global SaaS sales leadership experience – renewables preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient English; Spanish and French nice to have.
• Experience growing an international sales organization.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and oversees all sales functions for division and manages relationships with other executive leaders.
• Leads 10+ international sales representatives.
• Plans, develops, and implements objectives, policies, and programs for sales activities.
• Plans and directs activities that include estimating market values and conditions; investigating market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sales.
• Works closely with Marketing in preparing advertising material and selecting media for release; assigns and directs activities of sales personnel; determining method of display; and setting prices of items to be sold in conformity with value and market.
• Analyzes opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability.
• Responsible for e-mail, face-to-face sales calls, web interaction, and building relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Develops strategies and sales volume forecasts for this part of the sales function.
• Develops and executes strategic decisions critical to division performance and short-term growth (1-3 years).
