Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to support enterprise implementation and deployment, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, lead comprehensive testing activities, and validate configurations to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Workday Payroll experience and multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and testing methodologies.
• Proven track record leading enterprise payroll testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll testing and validation during implementation and deployment.
• Lead SIT, end-to-end, regression, parallel, and UAT testing.
• Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments in Workday.
• Develop test scripts and document results; drive defect resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and partners to ensure readiness.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live prep.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve payroll configurations and processes.
• Ensure payroll integrations and end-to-end workflows function correctly.
