Job summary

ANV is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage the day-to-day administration of Workday and related HR systems. You will ensure data integrity, develop reports, and support testing and enhancements while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance.

The role focuses on Payroll and Advanced Compensation, with onsite work in Barcelona, Spain or Leeds, UK. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Workday HRIS experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, testing, system support, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and employee data across functional areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HRIS administration and support for Workday HCM modules.
• Perform data audits, validations, and exception reporting for data accuracy.
• Develop standard and ad hoc Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, releases, and enhancements; document results and defects.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Protect confidential employee information and ensure governance.
