Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. This remote role spans Spain and Portugal and collaborates with international teams to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient business processes.

You will manage configuration across applications, test changes, investigate issues, and support releases, reporting, integrations, and documentation, partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to translate needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands‑on Workday configuration and support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations, is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the HRIS team with day‑to‑day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements, process improvements, and system changes.
• Investigate technical issues, unexpected results, and process weaknesses, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions or alternative approaches.
• Monitor and manage the Workday inbox, helping to identify, investigate, and resolve business process events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Support the creation and execution of functional audits to help maintain data quality, regulatory compliance, and process integrity within Workday.
