Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in People/HR/Business/Finance operations.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Hands-on payroll coordination and contractor payments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with travel, events, and logistics coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including contracts and onboarding.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, and letters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, and expenses.
• Manage travel arrangements, events, and offsite logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and documentation.
• Build workflow automations to reduce manual admin.
