Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Eight years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including Workday configuration and support.
Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas (processes, security, reporting, data, releases, integrations).
Experience working with third-party vendors and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, security, and related system functionality.
Review and implement new Workday modules and updates while improving existing configurations.
Identify opportunities to streamline Colleague Resources processes through Workday enhancements and new functionality.
Investigate technical issues, unexpected results, and process weaknesses, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system designs.
Manage ongoing configuration, design, maintenance, and implementation of Workday and related applications.
Maintain data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and mass data changes.
Ensure change management documentation, procedures, and internal controls meet audit requirements.
Participate in testing and release activities for Workday biannual releases and patches.
Develop and maintain custom reports based on stakeholder requirements and audits.
