Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal, working with international HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, and external vendors to deliver reliable systems and data integrity.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, support releases and enhancements, investigate issues, and translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including Workday configuration and support.
• Experience with Workday across multiple functional areas, including security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.

Mansioni

• Configure and support Workday across applications to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Assist with testing, deployments, and enhancements for Workday and related tools.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Support release readiness, testing, issue tracking, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors across countries and time zones.
