Littelfuse seeks an experienced HRIS Lead Analyst to partner with HR leaders, shaping Workday solutions across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. You will lead AI-enabled automation, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior teammates in a global, fast-paced setting.

Based in a flexible work environment, you will drive strategic HR technology direction, oversee audits, and manage complex projects end-to-end, including year-end cycles, with focus on security and scalability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HRIS or related field.
• Significant hands-on Workday configuration across multiple HR areas.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, security concepts, testing, and release management.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide HR leaders to recommended Workday solutions and implement changes.
• Lead AI-enabled HR processes and intelligent workflows.
• Provide mentorship and training within the HRIS team.
• Plan and deliver projects, releases, and testing needs.
