Littelfuse is seeking a senior HRIS Lead Analyst to partner with HR leaders, design solutions, and implement Workday changes across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. A key focus is building AI-enabled processes and automation while ensuring data integrity and governance in a global environment.

The role reports to the Director of HRIS and emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and project Delivery in a fast-paced, confidential setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and seven plus years in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise applications.
• Significant hands-on Workday configuration and support across Core HCM, Talent, Talent Acquisition, and security.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, security, testing, and release management.
• Experience resolving complex issues without standard solutions and managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, communicative, advisory, and stakeholder management skills in a global, confidential environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply AI responsibly and securely.

Responsabilidades

• Guide HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to recommended Workday solutions and manage configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Own annual processes like year-end performance reviews and calibration with data accuracy and governance.
• Lead AI-enabled solutions, automation, and intelligent workflows within HRIS and related platforms.
• Provide formal and informal mentorship, acting as a senior technical resource for the HRIS team.
• Plan and deliver projects, releases, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
