Sedgwick is hiring a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continually improve Workday and related HRIS systems. The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, security, and business-process efficiency while helping teams maximise Workday value.

You will work with international HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, business teams, and external vendors to translate organisational needs into practical, scalable solutions. This is a fully remote role based in Spain or Portugal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, CS, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience, including Workday configuration and support.
• Experience with Workday across multiple functional areas (security, reporting, releases, integrations).
• Experience with third-party vendors and international cross-functional teams a plus.

• Configure, support, and improve Workday and Colleague Resources systems.
• Manage Workday configuration across applications and functional areas.
• Investigate technical issues and root causes; propose sustainable solutions.
• Support releases, testing, data integrity, and system enhancements.
