Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Delivery Lead to guide global teams through end-to-end Workday implementations. You will manage senior client stakeholders, financials, and delivery quality while coaching consultants and supporting pre-sales activities.

The role offers exposure to large-scale projects and a dynamic, inclusive work environment. You will operate in a flexible working model with opportunities to work from home and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B1).
• 5+ years’ experience in HR systems and/or ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementation projects.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and project finances.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Coach and develop delivery consultants to the next level.
• Contribute to pre-sales cycles and expand client engagements.
