Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related tools across applications.
• Translate requirements into practical, scalable Workday configurations and processes.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support testing, releases, and documentation for Workday changes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across countries to optimize HRIS delivery.
