Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You will manage Workday configurations, support releases, reporting, integrations, and documentation, collaborating with HR, Total Rewards, IT, and vendors across countries.
The role is fully remote, based in Spain or Portugal, with a manager in the UK, offering an opportunity to contribute to global HRIS initiatives and system reliability while advancing
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday.
- Experience across multiple Workday functional areas including security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.
- Experience working with international, cross-functional teams is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Configure and support Workday across applications.
- Assist with testing, deployments, and enhancements of Workday,process improvements, and system changes.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.
- Monitor Workday operations, manage inbox, and support data quality and audits.
