Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, security, and process efficiency while maximizing Workday value across functions.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, support multiple regions, and collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, IT, and vendors. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal and reports to the UK-based manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and other Colleague Resources systems across applications.
• Manage Workday configuration across applications and support releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Investigate technical issues, root causes, and offer sustainable solutions.
• Support the creation and execution of functional audits to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in system testing activities, including unit and regression testing and user acceptance testing.
