Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related systems. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal, with collaboration across international teams and vendors to ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency.

You will manage Workday configurations, test enhancements, and support releases while translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and other Colleague Resources systems.
• Manage Workday configuration across applications, optimise business processes, investigate technical issues, and support releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with international HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, business teams, and external vendors; translate organisational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Assist with data clean-up and remediation activities, research and correct system discrepancies.
• Participate in system testing activities including unit, regression, and UAT for new functionality and enhancements.
• Support creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation, process guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.
