Sedgwick is hiring a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related systems. The role emphasizes reliability, data integrity, security, and streamlined business processes while collaborating with HRIS, IT, and vendor teams across Spain and Portugal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HRIS, hands-on Workday configuration, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment. This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business admin, or related field.
• More than 3 years of HRIS/technical systems experience with Workday configuration.
• Experience across multiple functional areas (security, reporting, data integrity, integrations).
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday across applications to ensure reliability.
• Assist with enhancements, testing, and deployments of changes.
• Investigate technical issues and root causes; implement sustainable fixes.
• Monitor Workday inbox; manage events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Support release readiness, issue tracking, and post-deployment support.
