Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Spain, seeks a Web3 Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to guide digital-asset ventures through regulatory regimes and licensing pathways. The role emphasizes translating regulatory obligations into governance, risk management, and operational controls for CASPs, VASPs, and token issuers.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance, financial-services licensing, legal or compliance operations, regulatory consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a Web3 licensing or authorization process for CASP, VASP, token issuer, or similar.
• Knowledge of MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, DFSA, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory consulting projects for CASPs, VASPs, token issuers, and other digital-asset businesses.
• Assist clients with licensing applications and regulatory documentation across EU and UAE jurisdictions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into governance, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, and tech controls.
• Identify gaps and develop remediation plans to support licensing and ongoing compliance.
• Monitor evolving Web3 regulations and market developments, with emphasis on EU and UAE.
