Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to work at the intersection of technology, privacy, and compliance. The role is fully remote with a Madrid base and operates in a globally distributed environment, advising on regulatory matters, data privacy, and product development across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape scalable legal frameworks, privacy programs, and compliance controls while supporting AI and enterprise

Formación

• Degree in Law, JD, or equivalent legal qualification with active license or progress toward qualification.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, data privacy, product counseling, or technology law.
• Ability to work across global teams and advise on complex regulatory matters.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and maintain corporate policies, compliance frameworks, and operational controls.
• Support global privacy programs, including PIAs and ROPAs.
• Partner with product and engineering to evaluate regulatory impacts on products and processes.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, product development, and privacy across jurisdictions.
