Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Spain to own international gaming regulation, corporate and commercial matters. The role reports to the Head of Legal and offers broad autonomy with exposure to cross-border projects and strategic initiatives in a growing global business.

You will oversee licensing, market-entry, and complex international agreements, advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory risk and commercial implications.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with substantial in-house iGaming experience.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on gambling regulations across jurisdictions.
• Strong corporate and commercial law background with cross-border focus.
• Experience working with regulators and external advisers.

Mansioni

• Provide expert legal advice on gambling regulations across jurisdictions.
• Manage gaming licence applications, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B contracts with providers and partners.
• Advise on regulatory implications of commercial initiatives.
• Support corporate governance, intercompany arrangements, and restructurings.
• Liaise with gaming regulators and external advisers across jurisdictions.
• Develop and lead a proactive legal function with senior stakeholders.
