Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Spain to lead architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, and Web3 integrations. You will own end-to-end development for decentralized trading tools processing real-time data streams, collaborating with an experienced team to deliver scalable, secure systems from design to production.

The role emphasizes autonomy, technical ownership, and impact on core product architecture within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of full stack development with Web3 focus.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience delivering Web3 applications to production environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and third-party Web3 libraries or APIs.
• Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive systems with real-time processing.
• Fluent English communication in distributed teams.
• High autonomy and accountability in a fast-moving startup.
• Experience with Ethereum and Solana is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Prisma, Zod, tRPC, and Fastify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React-based UIs, Node.js services, and Web3 integrations.
• Design, develop, and scale decentralized applications involving wallets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data sources.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, packages, and APIs into robust product workflows.
• Architect and implement high-performance, secure systems across decentralized ecosystems.
• Develop infrastructure capable of processing real-time market information and blockchain activity.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions and research emerging Web3 technologies.
• Contribute to advanced trading and market intelligence products for high-performance UX.
• Maintain high engineering standards through careful decisions and ongoing improvements.
