Ersilia is seeking a hands-on UA Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end and scale campaigns rapidly. You will test creatives, audiences, and funnels, monitor daily performance, and translate insights into compelling landing page improvements while building scalable systems.

This fully remote role is global, CET-friendly with a ±4 hour overlap. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in user acquisition, strong analytics, and experience managing large monthly budgets; familiarity with Meta, TikTok,

• 2-5 years in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets. Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset.
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy.
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience managing €100K-€500K per month.
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience.
• Programmatic or DSP exposure.
• Mobile app UA background.
